SATURDAY SHRED & BURN 💪

On Saturday's, starting at 10:00am, the class consists of HIIT style training with a blend of bodyweight movements, weighted movements and cardiovascular exercises. This will help you improve:

  • CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE.

  • GENERAL HEART HEALTH.

  • VO2 MAX.

  • MUSCULAR ENDURANCE (plank, wall-sit, bodyweight movements).

On Thursday evenings, starting at 6:00pm, this class is focused on creating strength and muscle through weighted resistance training. With programs that include the full-body to ensure that you get the most out of the session and improve on:

  • SQUAT STRENGTH.

  • BENCH PRESS STRENGTH.

  • SHOULDER PRESS STRENGTH.

  • BICEP STRENGTH.

  • BACK STRENGTH.
